Used SaniMatic 3-Tank CIP System – 1,050 Gallon
Used SaniMatic three-tank CIP system designed for sanitary clean-in-place processing applications. The system includes separate caustic, acid and wash systems, each utilizing an approximately 1,050-gallon T304 stainless steel vertical tank.
Each stainless steel CIP tank measures approximately 55 inches in diameter by 106 inches high and features dished heads with leg supports.
The system includes Fristam FPX1752 pumps with T316 stainless steel product contacts rated approximately 150 GPM at 100 PSI. An Enerquip stainless steel U-tube heat exchanger provides heating for the CIP process.
The system also includes Allen-Bradley touchscreen controls for automated operation and process control.
