What is a Tri-Blender ?

A Tri-Blender is a sanitary mixing and blending system designed to rapidly incorporate dry ingredients and powders into liquids. Tri-Blenders use high liquid flow and controlled powder introduction to produce efficient wetting and dispersion while helping reduce clumping. Used Tri-Blenders are commonly found in food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and other sanitary processing facilities. Depending on the application, Tri-Blenders can be used for incorporating ingredients such as powders, stabilizers, gums, sweeteners and other dry materials into a liquid stream.
